Junior, CHCA Football

The junior running back had a big night behind the solid offensive line unit and the physical perimeter blocking of CHCA. He rushed for 161 yards and a touchdown in CHCA’s win at Summit Country Day.

Cincinnati Christian Volleyball

This week, our team made school history. For the first time ever in CCS volleyball, we took home a District Title! It took all of these girls and many years before to set the stage for this season, but these girls and our families have had the buy in from the start. We knew this year was going to be special and prepared the best we could for it. We look forward to our next tournament game and to continue to give all the glory to God!

Cincinnati Country Day Soccer

Junior Audrey de Alarcon (two goals) and Junior Josie Hyden (one goal) led the Lady Nighthawks to a 3-1 victory over Dayton Christian to win the DIV District Championship. Both scholar-athletes, Josie and Audrey have helped lead a young Country Day squad into the Regional semis vs. Legacy Christian Academy on Tuesday. For the season, the team improved to 9-8-3.


Brandon Proffitt and Thomas Huckleby

Brandon, a senior, rushed for 159 yards, one touchdown, and one 2-point conversion on only 10 carries in a week ten win over Clark Montessori. He also had one reception for 11 yards and another 2-point conversion. Defensively, he recorded six tackles, one tackle for loss, and one pass break-up. Thomas, a sophomore, rushed 14 times for 93 yards, four touchdowns, and a pair of 2-point conversions. He added six receptions for 76 yards. On defense, he had 13 tackles (four solo and nine assisted). With the win over Clark, the Nighthawks earned their fifth straight MVC Gray Division title and a first round bye in the OHSAA Division VII playoffs!

Aiden, a junior, collected seven tackles, one tackle for loss, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery in the Indians' season finale against North College Hill. Laterrio, a lso a junior, registered four tackles for lose and three assisted tackles as a nose tackle.


Campbell Coyne

Junior, Seven Hills Cross Country

Campbell has qualified to the State Meet with a fifth-place finish at the DIV Regional meet. Her time of 19:14 was the second-fastest finish of her career. The girls team of Campbell Coyne (11), Emma Brandon (10), Cecilia Pohl (10), Isabella McCloy (11), Penelope Hwang (11), Anjali Bhattacharya (9), and Angella Zong (9) finished eighth - the highest finish of a girls team in school history.

Freshman, St. Bernard-Elmwood Place Cross Country

Rome finished 18th overall at the Division IV Regional Meet in Troy to advance to this weekend's STATE MEET!
